In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

88 Lucky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

Each game available on the 88 Lucky Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

All games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 88 Lucky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88 Lucky does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88 Lucky will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88 Lucky's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

88 Lucky recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and is committed to providing tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 88 Lucky's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our support channels. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through formal channels. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 88 Lucky is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.

88 Lucky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88 Lucky will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
